Let’s talk about the role (Travel Coordinator Job Description):
We are hiring a Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our growing San Diego office. The Corporate Travel Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and booking accommodations, ground travel, and air travel for our traveling inspectors.

Why is this role important to us?* The Travel Coordinator will problem-solve tricky travel situations as they arise and plan week long travel for multiple inspectors simultaneously.
This is not a remote Travel Coordinator job. The ideal candidate will to participate in hybrid work from our offices in San Diego.

Travel Coordinator Will…*
- Manage logistics and travel for field inspectors from beginning to end of week-long trips, which includes interstate travel for up to 5 days per trip
- Research best travel options in each city and determine the most cost-effective accommodation, ground travel, and air travel
- Understand brand-specific knowledge in hotel, ground transportation and air travel to be able to navigate and recommend appropriate bookings
- Resolve any issues that may derail travel itinerary
- Follow pre-established company guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Assist Accounting Department with collections, expense reporting and reconciling corporate credit card used for airfare, lodging, and rental cars
- Calendar management and scheduling for Consultants
- Other administrative functions as needed

Travel Coordinator Has…*

- 1+ years experience managing high-volume travel logistics, a plus
