Make your mark as UMS HR Co-ordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. Working as part of the HR team, you will provide HR and administrative support to our overseas employing company UMS (Ultimate Marine Solutions) and offshore workforce, with additional HR responsibilities as directed by the Senior HR Advisor.
Your responsibilities as UMS HR Co-ordinator:
- Managing the recruitment process for offshore personnel
- Supporting HR queries and employee relations matters with offshore workforce
- Updating databases and employee data to ensure accurate information
- Producing detailed HR reports and data presentation
- Working closely with Offshore Manpower, Crewing, Training and Payroll departments
- Managing benefit renewals and assisting with keeping HR policies and processes updated
Your qualities
You can make your mark as UMS HR Co-ordinator if you have:
- Strong administration background ideally gained within an HR environment, understanding the requirement for confidentiality
- Excellent IT skills, MS Office – particularly MS Excel, databases (training will be provided on internal systems)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle a varied workload

Extra information
- Your team: Working as part of the HR team, you will report to the Senior HR Advisor.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our campus in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days a week if you wish – Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory days in the office. Due to Covid-19 the rule « working from home unless » may apply at times. This means you will carry out your work from home, collaborating via Microsoft Teams.
- Fulltime job: The position of UMS Co-ordinator is full time, 35 hours per week.
