LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PREFERABLY LONDON BASED)
We are expanding across the U.K. and are looking for a personal assistant to work aside the CEO.
The Job would entail the following to be fulfilled :
Communicating with our clients & staff
Updating the Entertainers Schedule week to week
Closing leads/appointments with potential clients (with a comission scheme in place for each appointment you fulfill)
Making updates to the website/responding to reviews/managing the social media for AMIGO PARTIES UK.
Sending daily reports to the CEO
Additional Skills Required
– Being on call and flexible to communicate from morning to evening
– Preferably Have a full UK driving license and have a car
– Available to work on the weekends
– Hard working, reliable and dependable
– Fun and outgoing
– Able to work Individually without supervision
– Enjoy working with children
– Experience with excel and word
– Professionally interacting with clients
Fees:
The job is mainly commission based, you »ll be receive a 5% commision for every booking you close, on TOP of which you will have a :
Starting fixed monthly salary – £300 with potential bonuses and raises in the coming months based on your performance.
