- Make real time service decisions in response to Operational issues in line with local procedures and establish guidelines
- Consolidate and report various sources of relevant information to inform others; interpret data and made recommendations for action to Management
- Motivate and supervise a team, deploying resources and responding to Customer needs
- Allocate duties and responsibility within the team ensuring that all work is concluded to the required standards and timescales
- Make decisions, planning and organising the work of the team, to ensure efficient and effective service is delivered
- Previous admin experience
- Trained in the use of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication, organisational and customer care skills
- Demonstrate positive attitude and motivation
- Demonstrate previous resource management skills
- Evidence of delivering results in relation to their role in the introduction and establishment of new systems and procedures.
- Evidence of effective leadership, including responsibility for staff management
- Knowledge and understanding of organisational structure, vision and values
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of relevant software
