My client is a highly successful telecommunications business that is the future of London’s internet. They are currently seeking a Wayleave Officer to join their team based in Liverpool Street.
About the role
Reporting into the Head of Wayleave Officers, you will be required to assist with the negotiation and completion of wayleaves, overseeing and assisting with the negotiation of wayleave agreements, assisting with major wayleave projects, and developing strong working relationships with the Sales and Customer Success Management teams to ensure on-time delivery for the requested wayleaves.
About you
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the relevant statutory and legislative issues relating to wayleaves, experience in a fast-paced environment, and a motivated team player.
