Job Description
Job Title: Administration Executive
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Henley in Arden, Office Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Administration Executive for our client; a successful, forward thinking and award-winning organisation based in attractive offices in Henley in Arden. The successful candidate will have a strong administration background, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and manage excellent business relationships
- Extensive vehicle administration
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of end of contracts
- Management of fines and penalty notices
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries quickly
- Updating and managing an internal database
- Acting as point of escalation for customer service across the business
- Managing the business wide customer service systems
- Working with colleagues to strengthen and develop relationships with suppliers
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- The successful candidate would benefit from experience in the truck, van or car (fleet) industry.
- Excellent communication skills – strong attention to detail both written and verbal.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Having a “customer first” approach is essential.
- Ability to negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role and administrative role
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- You will be confident with a positive approach
