About The Position
The Administrative Assistant carries out administrative duties or other job-related duties assigned by the Director. The ideal candidate will need to be organized, attentive to detail, reliable, and flexible with changing priorities.
This is a full time permanent REMOTE job opportunity with great benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing, phone calls and emails and perform other job-related duties assigned by the Director
  • Regularly serve as additional support for the Research Portfolios
  • Assist with data entry, project planning and recruitment efforts
  • Maintains and updates files of all applicable regulatory documentation for the IRB (including protocols, approvals, amendments, modifications, etc.) as well as any communications with the sponsor or any other Federal or regulatory office (including prior approvals, change in scope, etc.)
  • Schedules and attends regular team meetings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum two years’ related experience required
  • Healthcare or medical research background or related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of military system preferred
  • Demonstrated competence in oral and written communication
  • Must be organized, attentive to detail and reliable; possess good judgment and a positive, friendly and professional demeanor
  • Must be flexible with changing priorities and demands, and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Adobe, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, to include use of formulas, and other Microsoft Office Software.
