- Two years of general clerical experience, one year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents, or;
- An Associate »s degree, or;
- Graduation from a private school of business with a certificate AND one year of general clerical experience.
- Ability to adjust communication style to the receiving audience, actively listen, communicate with empathy, and showcase intercultural competency.
- Verbal and written communication skills that include demonstrated experience being a responsive and reliable resource for others.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Customer service skills that include demonstrated experience consistently going beyond meeting the customer’s basic needs.
- Ability to adapt with flexibility and ease to changing environments and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work while meeting competing deadlines.

- Performing filing and preparation work surrounding court documents.
- Sending placement emails containing pertinent information.
- Doing clerical work such as collecting/mailing/scanning documents, compiling packets, and entering data.
- Handling case openings, transfers, and closings, including ensuring that paperwork is completed in time.
- Preparing and maintaining a desk manual.
- Scheduling and attending meetings.
