Job Description

Home Instead are looking to expand their team of care professionals . We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable care professionals to visit our elderly clients in their own homes.
We help people in our community live independently in their own homes for longer, providing them with companionship, home help and personal care. Some of our care professionals had never thought of working in Care before but have now found it to be very rewarding work assisting our clients and a nice supplement to their main income.
Though our care professionals come from different walks of life with various levels of life experience, the most important thing they have in common is their caring and compassionate nature and their desire to want to make a difference to our clients’ lives.
At Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne, we are seeking passionate, kind-hearted individuals who wish to put their spare time to good use.
We are looking for care professionals to work from 6pm to 10pm including every other weekend to help our clients in Walton on Thames, Hersham and Molesey.
We can offer our care professionals-
- up to £13.00 per hour
- Guaranteed Hours contracts available.

You do not need experience as we will provide extensive training, if you are aged 18+ and meet the above criteria then you could be the person we are looking for.
Additional Information
if you are available in the evenings, need extra income and have a passion for Caring then this could be the opportunity for you.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a care professionals, however, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
