Summary:
The Commercial PM Market Manager manages all portfolio activities for an assigned region, segment or specialty line of business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops strategies to meet established risk, underwriting, compliance and profit goals.
- Directs the Portfolio Management strategy and practices for the region or segment.
- Oversees the quality of the loan portfolio and compliance with credit policy and regulations.
- Establishes procedures to ensure credit risk is monitored and is ultimately held accountable for credit risk within the Commercial portfolio of the region, segment or specialty line of business.
- May maintain direct involvement in major relationships, including negotiating and structuring complex transactions and credits.
- May represent Huntington in the professional marketplace/community through business related professional networks, Huntington sponsored events and is active in community events, serving on local boards, demonstrating Huntington’s support for the local community.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 7-10 yrs related experience
Base Salary Range: $150,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD Annual
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible for participation in Huntington’s annual Commercial Incentive program. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
