Job Description
Hill Elementary School seeks a dynamic, innovative Special Education Teacher to work with students in co-taught inclusion and small group classes. Candidates must hold a valid MA DESE license in Mild/Moderate Disabilities (Grades PreK-8) or similar. Candidates should demonstrate a working knowledgeable of elementary curriculum standards and be able to differentiate lessons and assessments based on students unique cognitive, academic, and social/emotional needs. Experience in co-taught settings is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include lesson co-planning, facilitating Team meetings, IEP development, progress monitoring and reporting, parent communication, and maintaining compliance with Special Education regulations.
