Role Purpose: role based in Daventry is a vital role within the Facilities Management team. Is responsible for the upkeep and running of the site, including all site-based facilities and services
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring that all aspects of the site are running smoothly and efficiently. They will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of all facility staff, as well as overseeing all maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. Will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to facility operations and management.

try is a vital role within the Facilities Management team. The site supervisor is responsible for the upkeep and running of the site, including all site-based facilities and services. They will liaise closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all site operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and will be the first point of contact for any site-based queries or issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Facilities Management role, and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering excellent customer service. They will be a motivated and organised individual, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Be covering several sites in Daventry but they are all within a mile & there is a company van to use on business matters if needed
ESSENTIAL is a H&S qualification at IOSH level & NEBOSH even better
You be supervising the engineers but you do not have to be technically qualified so long as they have a good working exp of M&E, Hard FM engineering maintenance
