Job Role: Landscape Operative – Team Leader
Salary: £26000-£28000
Location: North West London
Working Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
JOB SUMMARY
Landscape Maintenance Operatives team leader with a passion for gardening required to join a team maintaining sales centres, show homes, domestic and commercial gardens.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Grass mowing using rear rollers, Lawn care, Hedge cutting, Pruning, Planting, Watering, Weeding, Mulching, Control of pests and diseases, Weekly Health & Safety reporting: equipment checklists, vehicle reports etc.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years garden maintenance experience in a management level role.
A minimum of Level 2 in horticulture is preferred.
Good plant knowledge, working knowledge of tools and machinery used in garden maintenance and a full Clean UK Driving license are essential.
PA1/PA6 qualifications are preferred.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must be physically fit and prepared to work in all weather conditions as the role is physically demanding.
