Now we are looking for enthusiastic people as Sales Representative in London, Birmingham and Manchester for our European headquarters company – Selleck Chemicals GmbH. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
– Represent our brand professionally and ensure that you lead a positive customer experience, and help build brand awareness;
– Identify current or potential customers for company products. Develop business opportunities and exploit potential market;
– Develop sales strategies. Daily contact with customers (phone calls, e-mails) and make regular personal meetings;
– Talk to customers to understand their needs and keep positive relationship with them. Collect market feedback and timely update to the company;
– Reach or surpass agreed sales targets. We require our candidate to develop this territory to at least €20,000 more than before in monthly sales, in order to meet metrics.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
– Proficient coordination and communication skills;
– Strong customer service awareness;
– Quick thinking, and have the ability to learn quickly;
– Local native Speaker level or proficiency in English.
We offer you:
– Competitive base salary with un-capped commission opportunity
For the first three months, the pay range we are offering is guaranteed €4,000 min, with an additional 10% commission on all sales beyond €20,000 per month. After the first three months we offer €2,000 base pay per month and 10% commission on all sales, no cap or minimum.
