Job Description

Our client is a high quality firm of property agents with an excellent reputation within the industry. They are currently seeking an experienced property sales negotiator to fill a full time role within their busy Crediton office with on target earnings up to 28,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented individual with excellent people skills, friendly nature and be a real team player. This is a really important role within the office as you will be client facing and a key member of staff. The sales negotiator will also be responsible for their own administration so you must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up working within their software easily although they understand you may not have used it before so training will be given.

Skills required for the role:
Some sales or estate agency experience.
Excellent customer service and negotiating skills
Word/Excel/Powerpoint literate
In house systems to be trained on arrival
Scanning/digital photography
Car driver and own car

You will be spending time out of the office carrying out viewings on residential sales properties so you would need your own car. This is an exciting and varied role dealing with properties in all levels of the market.

They are seeking someone to work Monday – Fridays 8.45 – 5.15pm and Saturdays one in four 9-1pm. Highly competitive salary of 20-22,000 basic salary and 26-28,000 on target earnings per annum plus mileage.
