We are looking to recruit two experienced administrative support officers to join the new Devon PHN Safeguarding Team as Quality, Education and Safeguarding Support Officers.

What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve?
- Able to use a laptop (TEAMS/Outlook/Calendars/Microsoft Edge/Excel/Word).
- Positive & enthusiastic attitude towards learning and supporting your colleagues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with team members and wider colleagues.
- Ability to plan workload for the day and be adaptable when service needs might change.
- Ability to think on your feet and work with colleagues to resolve problems.
- Remain calm and resilient under pressure.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive and at times distressing content.
What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve?
- Using a laptop and various internal systems and Microsoft packages to conduct your role.
- Taking calls from managers, partnership agencies and colleagues.
- Managing shared email mailboxes as well as your own email.
- Updating and managing SharePoint sites.
- Uploading documents.
- Following time sensitive processes.
- Co-ordinating diaries and arranging meetings.
- Taking minutes for meetings and managing Action Trackers.
