An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead to join our Services Delivery team to work across our supplier network. The role will involve working with overhaul bases across the world to optimise supplier performance. This supplier management role will include working both internally and externally to cover all elements of the overhaul network value stream, such as Assembly, Repair, Supply Chain, Test, Tooling & Training, and ultimately will drive significant supplier performance to support our customer base. You will have the opportunity to co-ordinate & lead teams from a variety of these value streams and contribute significant value for the Services business whilst doing so. This role requires collaboration & leadership across all business areas and will provide exposure to the Services Leadership Team.

Services is an increasingly critical part of Civil Aerospace’s ambitions to deliver for our customers, maximise efficiency, restore financial performance, pursue strategic advantage & enable our people to be at their best. Within the Services Delivery business, we focus on delivering the highest possible standard of care to our customers, typically through the deployment & management of services. This role sits within the supplier management team working alongside suppliers across our maintenance, repair & overhaul network. Crucially, we do this whilst increasing efficiency, saving cost, & having fun.

What you will be doing:
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of key workstreams, as well as establishing, developing, and maintaining the documentation necessary to deliver the package of work. You will also:
- Act as the focal point for all aspects related to the packages of work.
- Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of plans / schedules.
- Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
- Ensure the implementation of company management processes is effective and efficient.
- Contribution to the local Project Management Community of Practice

- Relevant experience in Project Management.
- Experience of aerospace aftermarket processes
- Experience of working with Suppliers
- Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Project management accreditation (APM, PMI, Prince2) desirable
- Experience working with other cultures and countries desirable
