Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus a car/car allowance, bonus potential and enhanced pension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Home based with travel

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for optimising the construction programme development process to ensure projects can be delivered safely, on time and within budget to ensure that all construction programmes are developed in accordance with Veolia’s procedures driving best practice for PM delivery.
Liaising internally across a wide range of teams (operations, planning, permitting etc.), you will ensure that all programmes are achievable whilst working in accordance with the CDM (Construction, Design and Management) regulations.
You will manage the development of construction programmes, including the review of contractor programmes, the preparation of tender packages and contract documentation, management of programme compliance and producing various progress reports/dashboards and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- You will hold a related subject degree and an advanced Primavera P6 and a Prince 2/APM qualification.
- Experience of using Microsoft Projects to an advanced level.
- Previous proven experience, with effective time planning and self organisation skills.
- You will have the ability to form effective working relationships with your teams, clients and contractors and experience of managing multiple projects to time, cost and performance constraints agreed with internal project sponsors.
