Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our successful CPA firm. Our bookkeepers: Working under the supervision of the account manager, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually compiled financial statements for numerous small business clients. Manage multiple clients concurrently, assist clients with accounting payroll and basic software issues, and establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by communicating clearly and professionally. Assisting new client onboarding – may include catch up/clean up, developing new processes, setting up new tools.
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, but not required to apply
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred, but not required to apply
- A strong knowledge of QuickBooks is required. Certifications in Desktop or Online preferred, if not obtained the desire to obtain is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Must be technically savvy with the ability to adapt to ever changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems
- Effective and timely communication externally with our clients and internally with our team
