Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a temporary reception cover in Shipley- BD18 area.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
- Scheduling and routing clients
- Maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents, data entry
- General administration support
Hourly rate 9.50
Hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm, 30 mins lunch (unpaid)
