Overview:

East West Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager. This is a senior position which develops relationships with Specialty Finance companies in the middle market space. Responsibilities will include originate, underwrite and execute commercial loan transactions. Cross sell products offered by East West Bank including GTS, Interest Rate/FX Swaps and Trade Finance. Monitor and manage the risk of the loan portfolio to maintain strong credit performance. Identify new markets to continue to grow business.

Responsibilities:

• Develops relationships with Specialty Finance companies across the US
• Originate, underwrite and execute commercial loan transactions to finance financial assets across a wide spectrum of asset classes
• Cross sell products offered by East West Bank including GTS, Interest Rate/FX Swaps and Trade Finance
• Monitor and manage the risk of the loan portfolio to maintain strong credit performance
• Identify new markets to continue to grow

Qualifications:

• 15+ years experience in structured finance.
• Bachelor »s degree in finance required.
• Proven sales track record with client relationships that are transferable to the Structured Finance business at East West Bank
• Strong credit underwriting experience through on the job experience or from formal bank credit training program
• Strong knowledge in FX/ Interest Rate Swaps, Trade Finance and Treasury Products
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $125,000.00/Yr. – USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
