Working environment

We are currently working with a hybrid working model, where there is the option of working from home combined with 4-12 days a month of working in the office.

About this role

Do you have experience in project planning and implementation? Are you an effective communicator? Have you worked with human-centred approaches to projects that put people at the heart of new developments and achieving progress, e.g. agile thinking? If so, we would love to receive your application for our new Senior PMO Officer role (Programme Management Office).

The role will be required to develop and coordinate a strategy review newsletter for the organisation based on insights generated through our quarterly reporting and strategy review meetings. In addition, you will design and deliver PMO training to the organisation as well as responding to requests from colleagues with advice, information and support (for example, providing support on how to use the PMO tools).

Working in conjunction with appointed consultants you will also provide support to help deliver our Never Alone discovery initiative, which is currently in its early stages. The Never Alone discovery initiative will conduct research with young people, identify problems and gaps in service provision in the digital communications space, and find solutions to address the problems and gaps, and help implement these.

For more information about the role and the wider work of our PMO team, take a look at our supporting information.
