My client is a highly successful telecommunications business that is the future of London’s internet. They are currently seeking a Wayleave Officer to join their team based in Liverpool Street.
About the role
Reporting into the Head of Wayleave Officers, you will be responsible for current and new wayleaves that the business requires, manage the relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and provide support to the business on its wayleave reform strategy and vision. Other responsibilities include negotiating wayleaves, consents and licences, oversee and negotiate bespoke wayleave agreements, and reviewing the wayleave processes.
About you
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the relevant statutory and legislative issues relating to wayleaves, be a motivated team player, and have strong negotiation and communication skills.
