- Answering and diverting telephone calls
- Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
- Checking all hubs complete the Incoming Goods Inspection (IGI) process correctly
- Working closely with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure all invoices received match PO »s
The Successful Applicant
- IT literacy in Outlook, Excel Word and PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 ideally), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Strong communication skills for customer service calls over the phone
- GCSE/equivalent
