The role of Scheduler withinin the office team is key to ensuring that our clients continue to receive this seamless service and best in class quality care and support.

Job Description

  • To manage the planning, coordinating and scheduling of 80 care staff and 130 clients ensuring the continuity of service at all times
  • To work closely with the Care Manager and team in co-ordinating all care services
  • Hours of Work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Participate in on-call rota covering 1 in 8 weekends and some evenings
  • Deal promptly and appropriately with any queries received or concerns raised
  • To ensure that all associated information is recorded accurately and promptly
  • To provide cover in other business areas as and when required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Rota management experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Passionate in delivering a high quality service to all clients and are represent Home Instead Cardiff in a professional manner at all times, on the telephone, face to face or written communcation.rofessionals
  • Sociable team player, flexible and committed
  • IT literate
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure
