Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: Six months of experience in client service field or equivalent work experience required.
- Additional Skills (required): Good understanding of healthcare applications/software. Effective communication skills. The ability to organize tasks and resources, and coordinate activities with other customers/clients is essential. Effective customer services skills.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Fundamental knowledge of hardware and software uses in IT.
