Job Description
St. Agnes Catholic School, located in Catonsville, Maryland has an opening for a long-term substitute teacher. St. Agnes School is a parish, Catholic school for students in grades PreK-3 through 8th grade. This position is available immediately continuing into 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, document and deliver lessons consistent with national standards and grade level curriculum
- Utilize instructional techniques that motivate, challenge and engage students of diverse abilities
- Actively supervise students at all times
- Respond to all parent communication is a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff and administration
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Degree in Elementary Education preferred
- Current MSDE certification or willingness to achieve
- Experience teaching on the elementary level preferred
- Experience teaching in a Catholic school setting helpful
