Product Range Required: Pensions – SIPP, SSAS, DB or DC. Investments, Trusts & Deed

NJR Recruitment are working in Partner with one of the UK »s leading providers of Wealth Management and Employee Benefit services. They are now looking to recruit a Pensions / Wealth Management Specialist to join their Technical Hub. This is a full time, permanent remote role where occasional travel to the office in Leicester will be required (probably a two night stay once every two months).

This role may suit an existing Pensions Account Manager or a Technical Specialist. Equally an experienced Administrator with specialisms across Pensions, or a Paraplanner looking for additional variety in their role. The successful applicant will join a team that works closely with the operational team, consultants, and compliance. The team covers a variety of technical aspects covering the following areas:

 » SSAS / SIPP products
 » Employee Benefits and general Pensions
 » Wealth management / Personal wealth

Whilst our Client is looking for specialists in all areas, successful applicants may be knowledgeable in all areas, or specialise in one. Also, our client are particular interested in individuals who may have « Deeds & Trust » experience. The successful applicant will act as a focal point for all technical queries, ensuring compliance with scheme rules, industry regulations and pension legislation. The team also provides technical guidance for all staff within the whole group.

 » Provide technical guidance and support on relevant projects within the group
 » Assist in creating new standard documents and company literature and ensuring existing literature is correct and current
 » Reviewing the prevailing legislation governing pension schemes and other company aspects to constantly ensure that internal procedures meet HMRC requirements
 » Assist in reviewing non-standard investments
 » Promote a positive, solutions driven and collaborative team culture

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
 » ideally a minimum of three years » experience within the industry
 » a good understanding of prevailing legislation
 » strong understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates
 » ability to communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy, both written and verbal
 » experience of maintaining accurate records and evidencing decisions
 » confidence and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
 » a level four financial services qualification, or a willingness to work towards a level four financial services qualification. (Mattioli Woods will provide funding and support in this respect)
