This role sits within the Coaching and Curriculum team within the Leadership Programmes Team at Frontline, who help organise and deliver our Pathways Programme, which is a training programme for social workers who want to become managers or develop their career in leadership.

A little bit about the role

This role will support the Coaching Team with organising the delivery of coaching sessions to social workers training on the Frontline Programme, the Pathways Programme, and their alumni in the Fellowship. The administrator will also partially support our Curriculum Team who design the curriculum that is taught on the Pathways Programme. Both of these focus on the development of social work practice leadership across multiple levels of the social work role.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting in organising events and coaching sessions for our participants on the programme
  • Tracking coaching sessions, collecting and analysing participant feedback on our coaching
  • Provide assistance and support to all coaches and participants, being the first point of contact for those queries
  • General admin duties, including keeping track of budgets, organising team meetings, booking rooms and taking actions

Please note that “Administrator” roles within Frontline are called “Coordinators” and so if you are successful in the role, your full job title will be “Coaching and Curriculum Coordinator”
