Salary: £25,118.00-£33,500.00 per year OTE £60,000 and uncapped
Description:
We are a highly successful Hampshire based mortgage brokerage. Our business is expanding, and we are looking for office based mortgage advisers to join our already established and successful team. Leads and admin support provided.
We pride ourselves on sourcing the best mortgage and protection products for any circumstance and require our advisers to provide outstanding customer service.
We ensure that our employees are well-rewarded for their hard work dealing with our established client base and new enquiries that we will provide. Plus, it is a friendly, vibrant, fun place to work and we are really sociable (when we can).
Mortgage Adviser Key Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in inbound and outbound calls
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
- Independent and thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment
- Proactive, can-do attitude, follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for consultative solution selling with a drive to innovate
- You must be driven to succeed and demonstrate the desire to outperform all of your peers
Experience:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in the market place
- Currently advising or have advised in the last 12 months (CAS)
